Mumbai, 8 Dec: As soon the external affair minister cleared the visa of a world’s heavy weighted woman for her bariatric surgery, a new problem emerged after no airline came ahead to take off the lady to Mumbai.

A 500 kg Egyptian woman was about to visit India for her bariatric surgery but all her aspirations went down after no airline agreed to take her from Kayra to Mumbai.
As there is no direct flight from Kayra to Mumbai and all the private airlines also stepped away from her due to her heavy weight.
As per reports of Mumbai mirror, no single airline stepped ahead to come for the help and take the lady to Mumbai.
And if in case any airline gets agreed then they need to make various changes in the plane to maintain the weight.

According to the Jet airways, the stretchers in flight can only afford a maximum of 136kg weight. However, there are no such norms in Air India Flights.
Eman Ahmed aged 36, based in Cairo suffers from elephantiasis, a parasitic disease caused by filarial worm that swells up arms and legs of the infected person. Iman is unable to move and walk due to her extreme weight for last 25 years.
Due to her weight, she could not even visit the Indian Embassy for the visa formalities in Egypt, following which her visa application was denied.
But when Eman approached foreign affair minister Sushma Swaraj, she assured her of the support and helped her in availing the medical visa. For two decades she is on the bed.
But experts are maintaining that they might face problems while taking off the woman to Mumbai.

With Gartner predicting worldwide annual sales of more than 1.5 billion units, here a few ways that smartphone devices could evolve in the coming years. When Steve Jobs unveiled the first iPhone in 2007 (also known as the "iPhone 2G"), it broke all the codes of the mobile phone market at the time. The device caused a sensation with its 3.5-inch touch screen, which could be used without a stylus thanks to multi-touch technology. It offered Edge, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity and ran its own operating system. The iPhone was even picked as the year's "Best Invention" by Time magazine. Little by little, the smartphone -- defined as a cell phone with a touchscreen, connected to the internet and able to be loaded with various applications -- took over from more basic flip-phone handsets with limited functionality.
