Giving Oral Pleasure Has Become The Leading Cause Of Mouth Cancer'


When a person chews tobacco, smokes or consumes intoxicating drinks in high quantities, it is quite possible that he or she can get mouth cancer. This life threatening disease is a slow killer as it first starts as mouth sore. Although the main cause of this type cancer is said to tobacco, according to medical experts, there is growing evidence that mouth cancer can also occur in case a person is quite active in giving pleasure to their partner orally.
This happens due to the fact a person could carry HPV or Human Papillomavirus. Read on to know how HPV could lead to mouth cancer :
HPV Affects The Cells

HPV is not cancerous by its own, however when it affects the cells it could cause abnormal tissue growth. This means that even if a person is having HPV, it does not mean that HPV caused cancer. The virus becomes triggers the cell to grow and eventually lead to mouth cancer.

Mouth cancers are also referred as head and neck cancers. The cancer can be in part of mouth, from lips to tongue, inner cheeks, gums, teeth and throat and thyroid glands as well. Medical experts suggest that mouth cancers are detected at a early stage, chances of survival are up to 90%.

It is very important to identify the symptoms of mouth. Some of the symptoms include difficulty in swallowing food, ulcers, sore that would not heal, sores that bleed, red or white patches on your tongue.
HPV and Mouth Cancer

Nearly 25% to 30% mouth cancers are due to HPV. A person can contract HPV if he/she indulges in love act with no protection. HPV usually affects the moist body parts such as mouth, rectum, cervix and throat. HPV does cause cancer directly and it caused when partners pleasure each other in love act using their mouth. At this point, HPV gets contracted in mouth as well. It then causes changes in the cell it has affected and then these cells become cancerous. Since HPV gets contracted only through physical contact without protection, it leads to oral cancer. Unprotected human contact of partners can also cause other diseases including genital herpes, Chlamydia, gonorrhoea and syphilis.
Prevention

Medical researchers and experts suggest that mouth cancer due to HPV can be prevented if before indulging in act of oral pleasure, person uses a dental dam on their love zones. The will prevent the spread of HPV and thus prevent oral cancer.
