Neglecting our diet due to our busy schedules is something everyone is guilty of doing. Most of us tend to skip meals, and often binge eat, or snack on tidbits on an empty stomach. So, for those of you who skip breakfast, have hunger pangs in the middle of the night, or simply find your tummies perpetually rumbling, we have a list of items you should refrain from consuming on an empty stomach.
Most of us are aware that drinking alcohol on an empty stomach is bad, but we are unaware of the many other things we should not be consuming on an empty stomach. In an era of fad diets and skimpy meals, it is important to remember to stay healthy. So, be smart and switch these products for wholesome and healthy foods like oatmeal, eggs, or honey, when you find your stomach growling.
